Jewelry المجوهرات

  • Metals المعادن:

all products are made out of 18 karat gold except Omniat collection which is made out of 21 karat gold. All products are hallmarked by the municipality of Bahrain. (Refer to the description of each item for the karat) 

جميع القطع مصنوعة من ذهب عيار 18 ما عدى مجموعة أمنيات مصنوعة من ذهب عيار 21. جميع القطع مختومة من قبل بلدية البحرين. للتأكد من عيار الذهب يرجى قراءة الوصف

  • Stones الاحجار:

all stones such as diamonds, emeralds, tourmaline, mother of pearl and turquoise are natural (unless stated otherwise in the description).

All pearls are natural Bahraini pearls, a copy of Danat certificate can be provided to the customer upon request. However, only specific items have a designated Danat certificate, as the rest are certified by the strand then used in creating jewelry. 

It is prohibited in the Kingdom of Bahrain to sell anything but Bahraini pearls.

جميع اللؤلؤ المستخدم هو لؤلؤ بحريني طبيعي, يمكننا ارسال نسخة من شهادة دانات للزبون في حال الطلب, و لكن لا تتوفر شهادة خاصة لكل قطعة منفردة, الشهادة الي سترسل للزبون هي مجموعة اللؤلؤ التي تم التحقق منها جميعاً في مختبر دانات و اصدار الشهادة عليها, ثم تم تركيبها على الذهب المشغول

اللؤلؤ الزراعي و الصناعي يحضر التجارة به في مملكة البحرين. لذلك جميع القطع الي تحتوي على اللؤلؤ هي لؤلؤ طبيعي بحريني

  • Custom requests الطلبات الخاصة: 

We do not accept any custom requests regarding the designs, sizes, or stones unless stated otherwise in the item's description. 

The only request available is printing and installing pictures inside lockets. 

لا نستقبل اي طلبات خاصة من حيث تغيير التصميم او الحجم او الاحجار, الا في حال هذا الخيار كان متوفراً في وصف القطعة

  • Picture privacy خصوصية الصور: 

Humaidan's Jewels' management is entirely female run, the pictures sent to be printed for the lockets will be received, printed and installed by women only, and later be deleted. Pictures of customers are never saved in any devices or clouds.

ادارة جواهر حميدان مكونة من طاقم نسائي بالكامل, الصور التي يتم ارسالها للتركيب في اللوكت يتم استلامها و طبعها و تركيبها من قبل النساء فقط, و من ثم حذفها

الصور المرسلة من قبل الزبائن لا يتم حفظها ابداً

  • Sizes المقاسات:

Ring sizes are US sizes, for accurate ring size selection please download Ring Sizer App and follow the directions. 

If you do not see your size, please contact us via WhatsApp with a screenshot of the item you want and the size. Most rings can be resized, but some can't. If it is requested to resize to a larger size, there will be additional charges for the extra gold. if it is requested to resize for a smaller size, there won't be extra charge, if possible, the item's weight will remain the same, if not the extra gold will be sent with your items. 

جميع مقاسات الخواتم بالقياس الامريكي, للتأكد من المقاس قبل الطلب يرجى تحميل التطبيق و اتباع الخطوات لمعرفة المقاس Ring Sizer App

في حال القياس المطلوب غير متوفر, يرجى التواصل عبر الواتساب و ارسال صورة من القطعة المراد طلبها مع المقاس المطلوب. اغلب الخواتم من الممكن تعديل مقاسها و لكن بعض الخواتم لا يمكن تغيير مقاسهم بسبب التصميم, لذلك يرجى التأكد عبر الواتساب

اذا كان المقاس المطلوب اكبر من المقاسات المتوفرة فسيكون هناك رسوم اضافية للذهب المضاف, اذا كان المقاس المطلوب اصغر من المقاسات المتوفرة فليس هناك رسوم على ذلك, اذا كان ممكن ابقاء الوزن نفسه عند التصغير فسيتم فعل ذلك, اذا لم يكن ممكناً فالذهب المتبقي من التصغير سيُرسل لكم مع القطعة.

 

Orders الطلبات 

  • VAT الضريبة المضافة: 

 Prices do not include import fees, customs duties, or VAT of the destination country. The customer is reliable of paying any of the fees mentioned above (or additional) based on their country's laws and regulations. 

 الاسعار لا تشمل رسوم الاستيراد او رسوم الجمارك او الضريبة المضافة. الزبون مسؤول عن دفع الرسوم المذكورة اعلاه بناءاً على قوانين الدولة التي يتم تصدير البضاعة اليها.

  • Prices الاسعار: 

Prices set on the website are in Bahraini Dinar, based on your currency, the amount deducted from your card might be different due to conversion rates. 

الاسعار الموضحّة في الموقع هي بالدينار البحريني, بناءاً على عملتكم, المبلغ المخصوم من بطاقتكم قد يكون مختلفاً عن سعر الموقع بسبب تحويل العملة 

  • Shipping الشحن:

If there are no adjustments or requests, the item will be shipped within 3-5 business days via DHL. 

اذا لم يكن هناك اي تعديلات على الطلب, سيتم الشحن خلال 3 الى 5 ايام عمل.    

      • Identification الهوية: 

      in compliance with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, we are obliged as a jewelry store to collect some form of identification with all purchases. Submitting a form of ID is mandatory under the laws of Bahrain to prevent money laundering. 

      For privacy and security reasons, customers will be contacted via the phone number or email provided at checkout to obtain a form of ID. If the customer fails to present a form of ID, Humaidan jewels reserve the right to cancel the order. 

      وفقاً لقوانين وزارة التجارة و الصناعة, نحنُ ملزمين بطلب نسخة من الهوية مع كل عملية شراء. ارسال نسخة من الهوية امرٌ الزامي وفقاً لقوانين مملكة البحرين لمنع غسيل الاموال

      من اجل الخصوصية و الامن, سيتم التواصل مع الزبون على الرقم او البريد الالكتروني الذي تم ارفاقه عند اتمام عملية الشراء. في حال رفض الزبون بتقديم نسخة من الهوية, تحتفظ مؤسسة جواهر حميدان بحقوقها لالغاء الطلب

      Ministerial order 173 of 2017

      any jewelry store that sells precious metals and stones is prohibited from selling products without obtaining customer identification information (the buyer) and or any other required data.

      يحضر على اي محل بيع المجوهرات او الاحجار الكريمة بأي قيمة دون الحصول على معلومات هوية الزبون (المشتري) او اية بيانات اخرى مطلوبة
